Our process at emotif is a little different to the usual slap and stick promotional merchandise company. We pride ourselves on our ability to find the best products to suit your brief and your budget. Short on ideas? We can send you our catalogues or you can come into our showroom in Sydney.
Why don’t we have an online store? Well, our product range is so large and so vast it would be impossible to list everything! When we say we can put your logo on anything we mean it. We also have price breaks at certain quantities and price variations across the numerous applications methods. That’s why each quote is specific to your order.
First Contact
Get in touch with us and let us know your brief and budget. Whether it’s a single product or various items for an event. Our expert sales team will be able to talk you through different options and costs to determine what products are going to best suite you.
Quote
Once you have given us all of the details for your brief, our sales team will get to work producing your specific quote. They will bring together the best products and decoration methods to make sure you get the best options available.
Artwork
After you have picked your products and approved your quote our team of graphic designers will get to work! If you are providing artwork, they will check it to make sure it is suitable for your chosen decoration method and confirm if any tweaks need to be made to get the best result possible.
Alternatively, our team can great create customs designs to perfectly suit your brief!
Approval
Once your artwork is confirmed we will send it off to our production team to produce approval artwork. This is the fun part as you get to see your logo on the products you have ordered! Our production team will create mock-ups and include all the important details to make sure your artwork comes out perfectly. After you have signed off and approved, we move everything into production.
Production
We work with different partners that are all masters in their field. Whether it’s screen printing or embroidery to signage or custom made products. We have a team that fits your brief and products perfectly. This ensures that you always get the best possible outcome for your artwork!
Quality Control
Once production is finished, we get all products into our Sydney office. Our design team then meticulously check each product to confirm everything is correct. Logo, placement, colours, size and most important of all quality. We take pride in all of our products and make sure they are perfect before leaving our doors.
Dispatch
Now everything is completed, it is packaged up safely to ensure no damage comes to it on its delivery to you! We ship across Australia as well as internationally or, if you’re local you can come pick up yourself and meet our wonderful team!
